    I got tis F-king problem like urs..mine is alot worse..guess wat, is keyboard..On board keyboard problem…no way u can disable it in window or boot u have to replace a new one or discard the onboard keyboard wire/ribbon urself then get a external keyboard or replace a new one..for my problem, i fix it..guess my keyboard is juz dirty..getting replacement soon..both internal and external keyboard. Overall Dell is still a reliable laptop, cuz mine is 4 years old or more..inspiron 510m..
