My Dell computer does not start up properly: I will push the on-button and the green start-up / power light will come on, but the computer will not start. There will be no sound of the computer working. Then, the light will turn off a few seconds later. How or when I press the on-button makes no difference. 2. At random, the blue screen of death will appear. i got a optiplex gx150 i gotta say they might freez every know and then but there a good cheap computer for internet and schoolwork mines 6 years old and its never give me any big issues ive just replaced the cooling fans not to long ago but other than that if you take care of what you got it will take care of you

how u fix it at the moment im using safe mode with internet cuz i cant go on normal it just freezes and its pissing me off

then to Sounds and Audio Devices
Then to the tab of Audio
then make sure your Default settings is right you all of them tell you get it. [in order to test it use Windows media player (take effect when change the setting must re start the media player) message me if you need more help.
Well there is many things it could be.
1 plug in a headphone to see if that works. (if it doesn’t work you would need to uninstall the driver and reinstall it.)
2. If it dose work then you need to check your settings and see if it is Go to Control Panel
Hey seem like the drive is out of place or just died on you!. So seems like you need to buy a new hard drive.
Sorry but change the hard drive and put in the windows again and it will work. There is a problem with one of your sectors on the drive!
I would’ve just bought a new comp, that 1 looks crappy!

iv never seen any thing like it. it seems like a hard ware problem and a soft ware problem last time it happened to me with a ibm 380d i just reinstalled the os and it worked for a little wile but died the same way then i replaced the hard drive and it worked!
i need help if anyone can help me? well my sound isnt working and i triple checked if it was on mute and its not and i went to control panel and stuff and found the place to go to fix your sound in the computer or somthing and it says the sound it working which i get because you and move the volume up and down but i cant here anything =[ please help

i tipped a drick on my laptop and it went htough the keyboard and out of the vents on the bottom
the drink was boiling when it came out
the laptop wouldn’t start for a while, and when it did the screen split in 2 (graphics not snaped monitor ) once the laptop was dry completley it was fine, all it left me with is a fucked up mouse

look, i have a dell and i keep getting blue screen and it won’t even load to safe mode. It keeps saying that check for any new installation etc. How the hell can I get back to my windows. Please, anyone, help me. I haven’t used my computer for weeks.
start it in safe mode…
Go into Device Manager
Click View
Click Hidden
Click Storage Volumes
Right Click Generic Volume
And Uninstall all Of the Generic Volumes Listed..

My computer has crashed by the blue screen. Help me! I have a same computer like u Dell latitude cpx h500gt. 256 ram. 60gb hdd. When i start my computer it says “Primary hard disk drive 0 not found” what to do? plx help. It happend when it came up a blue screen Dumping physical memory to disk: 1.
that happend to me this morning i just did F12 ran diognostics
i think it is a Head crash at the second boot

Don’t worry pal, its just not the laptops that freeze and have these problems. I recently purchased a Studio XPS desktop and am having exactly the same problems you are and more – I will post a video shortly – good luck!
WAOH THANS MAN!! This has hapened to me plenty of times. but for some reason, when i start the computer up in the morning, all the letters are out of place and the screen is corropted. Oh and the cd drive makes a sratching noise too. i have to restart it to gte rid of the screen corruption. do you know anything about that?
