How do I purchase a recovery disk for a gateway laptop?

I have to back my laptop gateway to the factory defaults, but I have no recovery CD or anything. What must I do to get one?

call gateway directly from your phone and talk to a customer service person and ask them to send you a recovery disk and they should send you one all you need to do is give them your home address
