    First I bought this product for Amazon X2 and received the wrong product twice, then I got frustrated and bought it in business. It burned for 2 mts for a blood-$ 79. Then they will claim that it was under warranty, but all I got, the nose was over when I tried from Toshiba to get the warranty. I am very angry about this whole situation and do not suggest buying this time, or trying to get any kind of customer service from Toshiba. If things go badly, ready to buy another one.     While this new cable works great and I was sooo happy to see it in the mail lol (completely lost without my laptop), the only bad thing I can say that the cable is much shorter than my original. Still works great but just not far to go with him if it plugged in =) but I would recommend this company to anyone. They have awesome CUSTOMER SERVICE! I accidentally ordered the wrong adapter and they sent me a replacement before I even delivered the wrong back. . . very fast delivery too! Rating: 4 / 5

    I encountered a problem with this product just over the 30 day window in which the seller gives a 30 day money back guarantee. However, without question, they immediately sent me out a replacement product at no charge to me whatsoever- priority mail. Excellent seller, with excellent customer service and problem resolution. Rest assured, if you do happen to encounter a problem, they will fix it- so buy with confidence. I am glad I bought this product, from this seller. They made what could have easily been a very frustrating experience a great business experience. Kudos to Power Adapter World- you don’t see many companies with such excellent customer service/business practices these days. Thank you! :)
